01 - 7 oz cream cheese, softened
02 - 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt

03 - 12 small cucumber slices (about 1/8 inch thick, cut into rounds)
04 - 12 small black olive slices
05 - 24 mini capers
06 - 12 small radish slices
→ Crackers
07 - 12 round rice crackers or water crackers (about 2 inch diameter)
→ Spices & Seasonings
08 - ½ tsp lemon juice
09 - Salt, to taste
10 - Black pepper, to taste
# Directions:
01 - Combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
02 - Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly onto each cracker.
03 - Place one cucumber slice slightly off-center atop each cracker to simulate an iceberg.
04 - Using a small spoon or piping bag, drop a rounded mound of the cream cheese mixture onto each cucumber slice to represent the polar bear's head.
05 - Embellish each polar bear by positioning two capers as eyes, one black olive slice as the nose, and two small radish slices as ears inserted on the sides.
06 - Refrigerate the assembled stacks for at least 10 minutes to improve texture before serving.
