10 - 12 to 15 whole black peppercorns (eyes and buttons)
11 - 3 small carrot sticks (noses)
12 - 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced into strips (scarves)
13 - 3 thin pretzel sticks (arms)
14 - Fresh parsley or dill sprigs (optional, for hats or scarves)
15 - Crackers and fresh vegetables, for serving
# Directions:
01 - In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, Parmesan, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt until smooth and fully blended.
02 - Divide the mixture into three portions per snowman: large for the base, medium for the middle, and small for the head. Roll each portion into smooth balls.
03 - Arrange the cheese balls stacked on a serving platter, largest on the bottom and smallest on top to form snowman shapes.
04 - Use black peppercorns for eyes and buttons, carrot sticks for noses, bell pepper strips for scarves, and pretzel sticks for arms. Add parsley or dill sprigs as desired.
05 - Refrigerate assembled snowmen for at least 1 hour to firm before serving.
06 - Present with crackers and fresh vegetables.
