Happy New Year Star Board

Featured in: Seasonal Cooking

This festive star board features an eye-catching arrangement of star-shaped cheddar and gouda cheeses alongside brie wedges, complemented by clusters of red and green grapes, strawberries, and pomegranate seeds. Cured prosciutto and salami add savory depth, balanced by crisp vegetables cut into star shapes. Accompanied by toasted baguette slices, crackers, and flavorful dips like hummus and honey mustard, this spread offers a delightful mix of colors, textures, and flavors to welcome the New Year in style.

Preparation involves simple slicing and cutting with a star-shaped cutter, then artful plating on a large board with fresh rosemary and optional edible gold stars for a festive touch. Vegetarian options include replacing meats with nuts or marinated artichokes. Ideal for sharing, this board encourages guests to mix and match tastes for a memorable celebration.
